ALPHA ALPHA WAVES helps attain a relaxed body and alert mind and a general state of wellbeing. This is designed for therapies such as Massage,Reflexology Reiki, Hypnotherapy etc, and to accompany mental tasks and accelerated learning for computer use, studying, reading,relaxation and light meditaion. This is the first in a series of 3 CD's of Brainwave patterns with music and environmental ambience. Each CD has two parts, 30 minutes of music and brainwave patterns, followed by 30 minutes of brainwave patterns and atmospheres. In addition to conventional instruments we use sacred temple bells,tibetan bowls, human voice and ambience.
