THETA

Theta waves are for accessing deeper states of conciousness such as

deep meditation , vision quests, shamanic and astral journeys.

It is hypnogogic and useful for any work that requires deep relaxation

of body and mind. An aid for memory and focus.

This is second in the series of Brainwave pattern CD's of music

and environmental ambience.

• 1. ALPHA - a general state of wellbeing.
• 2.THETA- hypnogogic.
• 3. DELTA- sleep.

Each CD has two parts, 30 minutes of music and brainwave patterns, followed by

30 minutes of brainwave patterns and atmospheres. In addition to conventional

instruments we use sacred temple bells,tibetan bowls, human voice and ambience.
